1. Return Policy We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

A return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

A 360-degree parcel opening video without any pauses, trims, or edits must be provided.

Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Please return the products within 2 days of delivery with original conditions.

2. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds. In case of an incorrect or defective product, an exchange will be provided.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is only available for shoes. Customers must ensure the product is returned in its original condition.

The exchange products will be delivered within 5 days.
